Returns

You may return undamaged items purchased from the site, free of charge, within 14 days following the date of receipt of your order. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.

  

Please follow the returns procedure below to return your products to us free of charge.

 

Refund request 

1. Go to the Returns Center

2. Enter your order number and your shipping zip code or email address. If you do not know your order number, select “Start Gift Return Here”.

3. Select the product(s) to be returned.

4. Indicate the reason for return.

5. Select "Refund item". 

6. Verify the page information and then check the return policy box.

7. Submit your return. You will receive a confirmation email with your return number and shipping instructions to return the unwanted item(s).

Once your return is accepted, we will credit the same payment method used for the original purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s).


Exchange request 

1. Go to the Returns Center

2. Enter your order number and your shipping zip code or email address. If you do not know your order number, select “Start Gift Return Here”.

3. Select the product(s) to be exchanged.

4. Indicate the reason for return.

5. Select "Exchange for new size". 

Please note, the exchange selection is not guaranteed until the return order has been processed. 

6. Select your new size and click on "Exchange item".

7. Verify the page information and then check the return policy box.

8. Submit your exchange. You will receive a confirmation email with your return number and shipping instructions to return the unwanted item(s).

Please note that products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Fees

Exchanges and returns for U.S.-based orders are free. For orders made outside of the U.S. we will refund your original form of payment less return shipping costs.

 

How do I start a return or exchange? 

To make a return, please visit our Returns Center and simply enter your order number, or the email address associated with your purchase and shipping address zip code to initiate the return. For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange.

Please note that products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. 

 

Is an order slip required? 

No order slip is required, as long as your returned product has its original tags intact and you use the return shipping label we provide to you.

 

Where can I find my shipping label? 

Once you initiate your return through our Returns Center, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will also be sent to your email.

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product? 

After starting your return, select ‘received wrong item’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the exchange process. Your preferred item will ship to you right away.

 

How long does it take to ship an exchange?

How do I return or exchange a gift?

After entering your order information and email address, you’ll be guided through the exchange process and receive step-by-step instructions, a return shipping label, and an order confirmation for your new replacement order.
