Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the order date. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Please note that orders placed during a Sale period may expect a delay in fulfilment.

Please note, all orders will require a signature upon delivery via FedEx. The signature on file at the time of delivery can be anyone located at the delivery address provided by the purchaser at the time of the order with Lanvin.  Once a signature has been provided at the time of delivery, Fed Ex will release the shipment to that individual.  Lanvin will not be liable for lost shipments after this.

You must contact FedEx (1 800 463-3339) to arrange for delivery without a signature required if that is the preferred delivery method. By selecting delivery without signature required, the purchaser confirms that the parcel can be left outside the premises of the address provided and the purchaser will take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

Overnight and 2-day Express orders placed by 11am ET will ship the day the order is placed. 

Purchases made on can only be shipped within the United States. Customers living abroad can order through the country-specific online shops.

Deliveries are made on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends and National Holidays.  

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx ground, unless an expedited shipping method is chosen at checkout. 

Orders shipped to addresses in the United States will be subject to applicable sales tax. Order notifications, tracking and updates will be automatically sent to the email address on file with your purchase.
